How to Have a Successful Xsura Xiing Tasting Party / Grand Opening

(Free-Press-Release.com) March 17, 2010 -- Tasting parties are very simple. The purpose of your Grand Opening is to let your family and friends know that you own a new business, and how they can save money on nutrition, and also to celebrate the opening of your new business.

Think for a minute... If you had paid several hundreds of thousands of dollars to purchase a restaurant, what would your Grand Opening be like? Even though your new Xsura business cost pennies by comparison the announcement of your new nutritional business should be treated exactly the same. So how does it work?

1. Schedule a time with your Sponsor or Upline Leader to come to your house for your Grand Opening.

2. Have some nice music playing and a set up of our products displayed. Lets have some fun, and be creative on this part. Get people seeing the vision of what our company does.

3. You can start calling all your friends, family, relatives, neighbors, and co-workers and inviting them out to your house on the predetermined date of your Grand Opening Party. When calling it is always a great idea to ask each one that says they are coming to bring something with them such as a Coke, chips, dip, plates, just anything to lock them into coming.

4. Have a TV and DVD set up and or projector that can be seen by everyone so that the presentation will go well and everyone will get a chance to see the screen and hear the volume.

5. To avoid distractions, make sure all animals, children and phones are in a place that will not disrupt the flow of the presentation. Also when the presentation starts please stay attentive and seated throughout the presentation.

6. Unfortunately, most people are late. To avoid getting started late have your guest arrive at least 30 minutes before your party is scheduled to start.

7. Always encourage your guest to bring friends with them. This increases your chances of having more people in attendance... Remember, that's all this is, just exposures. How many can you expose this week or a month?

8. Don't stop at one party. Have about 3 different Party dates set up from the very beginning. Not everyone can make one certain date. Before getting off the phone, have them booked into one of the parties. Note: You can have as many as you want!
One every week if you want to build a large organization.

9. Keep the refreshments light and simple. The less the aroma, the better. You don't want your guest thinking about what they're going to get to eat instead of focusing on the presentation. And you don't want your guest to think that you had to go through a lot of work so they don't shy away.

10. Your Sponsor will present you as a new IBO(Independent Business Owner), and ask you to share a few words about why you are so excited about your new business. (You can even have an actual ribbon cutting to signify the "Official Opening" of your new business).

11. Open the presentation with the DVD, Power Point, or Website presentation.

12. After the presentation you would like to have a few testimonies of different IBO's, if possible. 1) One testimony about the products benefits. 2) A testimony about someone's Team Building ect......

13. Close out by saying, for anyone who needs questions answered, circle up with the person who invited you. Get all questions answered and have applications ready, and or laptops available to sign up New IBO's.

14. You can also do this by phone after you guests have had a chance to review your website or watch a DVD, contact your upline on speaker phone who will share more information and "close" the event.

15. Presentations should be a total of 45 minutes or less.
