Interval training can be one way to make your full body workout even more effective. You can

use this method for both cardiology and weight training exercises. In general, we work extra hard for a short interval (For perhaps a minute) and then you work with a lower intensity to get a little rest for a few minutes. Harder and easier intervals during the course of your workout are something to keep alternating between. This raises your heartbeat more and

increases the benefits of the workout.

available for free. If you are not familiar enough with the various types of exercises to design your own workout, you can also buy exercise videos to use, or books or e

books describing workouts. You should vary your workouts and not just do the same workout over and over for long periods. At least once a month change your workout to increase the
