First Step: run Youtube Movie Maker, select the "Upload Video" module, then you will find a big red plus sign button(add local files) on the right of the file list, press this button to add video files which you want to upload onto youtube into the file list, of course you also can directly drag and drop the video files from the computer harddrive into the file list, and don't worry about the formats and profiles of the videos, if there is an video file which longer than 15mins, you can simply right click the video, then select "DIVIDE INTO PARTS", the software will auto split the long video to several short parts, or you can directly remove the unwanted parts from the video by setting the starttime and endtime of the video in the file list.
