HRMM&L's Maxwell Wins PMAA Markus Award

(Free-Press-Release.com) November 9, 2009 -- Lansdale, PA -- Attorney J. Scott Maxwell was awarded the William H. Markus Award of Excellence by the Pennsylvania Municipal Authorities Association (PMAA) at its 2009 convention in Hershey, PA. It is the highest honor given by the organization and is named after the man who served as solicitor to the association for over 30 years.

The award recognizes Maxwell's "distinguished service to the Municipal Authorities of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and outstanding personal service to the Pennsylvania Municipal Authorities Association" in commemoration of "the ideals and principles of service and integrity" as fostered by William Markus.
