(Free-Press-Release.com) August 24, 2011 -- HRSG announces that MiCA Qatar will host HRSG's Certification Training program on Competency-based Talent Management, positioning participants from government, banking, health, the petroleum industry and the service sector to achieve higher levels of success through the application of leading practices in the management of human capital in the workplace.

The series of programs are aimed at providing participants with the skills they need to successfully:

1. Select and hire the right employees.

2. Implement programs for learning and development to close skills gaps and prepare employees for advancement.

3. Design leadership development and succession management programs to ensure that their organization always has a pool of qualified candidates to fill key and critical roles, and

4. Prepare managers to provide competency-based performance feedback and manage employee performance for organizational success. This program provide best tactics to organization to easily mange employee performance and helpful to get more output from employee that should be better for both employee and organization.
