March 19, 2013 - Plainview, NY - Hunt Commercial Real Estate and Construction was part of a team of brokers that came together to sell the property located at 777 South Oyster Bay Road in Bethpage, NY, currently under a long-term lease to CVS. The property was part of a parcel of properties owned by the Estate of Ron Pecunies, and was purchased by an investor, 777 Bethpage LLC, for $8,200,000.

"I represented Ron Pecunies many years ago for the leasing of an adjacent office building," said David Hunt, president of Hunt. "His family reached out to me to see if I might be able to expedite a sale of the property. We were able to utilize one of our strategic partners, a broker who specializes in triple-net leases, and the property was in contract within weeks."

The building totals 11,507 square feet and is situated on a corner plot of 1.87 acres at the intersection of Stewart Avenue. The property was developed in 2009 with a CVS drug store, and will continued to operated by CVS under the terms of the long-term lease.
