I have a normal body weight with my 5’5’ height and 140 lbs, everything is so okey but in the strictest fashion sense I am fat. I can’t fit the sexy blouse without holding my breath and I always look for the plus size whenever I find something that I really like.

Smart Liposuction is a fat removal procedure which uses laser energy to break and dissolve fatty tissue trapped beneath the skin. The doctor said I will be going through local anaesthesia. I have chosen this procedure because of many advantages such as A.) Minimal downtime - I have to return to my work immediately. B.) minimal discomfort – I don’t want to feel pain as I undergo procedure and more when the anaesthesia has worn out. C.) less traumatic. D.) Post Operative care – the skin will be almost ‘normal” after three months and it would be hard to tell by looking at the skin that any liposuction has ever been done. E.) Safety and Complications – less bleeding and anaesthesia used.
The doctor said the laser causes small vessels to coagulate immediately on contact and this will result to swelling, bleeding, and bruising. I suddenly got scared but the doctor said this is normal and I will have a quicker recovery time than conventional liposuction.

I had my session for about 2 hours and I was assured that I will be seeing more of the result as days passed by. I was surprised that I didn’t feel anything during the procedure. I was sleeping the whole time and when i woke up the procedure is done and I am already on my room. The following day my friend escorted me home and I rested for 3 days to be sure that I won’t be straining my body.
Now I am on my 3rd month post operation and I can say that I am happier and found out that the procedure tightened my sagging skin too.
After undergoing the procedure there is one thing I’ve learned that Life is a constant change. Everything fades even beauty and age but one thing need never change: the will to look good and to die good.
