I.C.C. ask where is and what is the U.S. Atty General & FBI doing about Balt City,Md warrant scam?

Our agents and news staff, were on hand when the Complaintant was given two special fax numbers to the Justice Department and U.S. Attorney General Eric Holders Offices to investigate the problems asociated with warrants being forged and counterfeited by Court staff and employees. No state agency has sought to investigate themselves. In fact, no one knows if you ask the question what state agency has jurisdiction. We found, three (3) separate agencies have authority to investigate the B'MORE WARRANT GATE SCAM at the Baltimore City, MD Courthouse/Clerks Office/ and States Attorneys Office of Baltimore City. It is a criminal offense for anyone to sign, counterfeit or forge a Judges signature on a warrant or any legal document. Only, Judges and District Court Commissioners can issue, sign and execute warrants in the State of Maryland. The person who placed their initials on these warrants, and was not the Judge, was a fool, regardless of who may have directed them to do so. The Baltimore City States Attorney Assistant Kathleen Murphy hands is all over this matter. There is not even a record of any charges ever filed as required noted on the Court Docket Sheets Case History. It is without question, that is suspicious and the charges could be made up, and the accused framed from false frivolous charges.

No one is speaking about this matter. We already know, that the alleged PA witnesses will not appear, they have said. They have other things to do on trial date. Are they running, from their own fate of being crossed on the witness-stand?

We have called Dauphin Co. Pa and asked them where is the intentional deleted money judgment computer entry purged from their court office computer databases, that Ms. A. Redmond, and another clerk processed and hand entered in front of 3 witnesses to the event. They had no comment. The public has a right to know who by name deleted court information, that was IRREVOCABLE AND WITHOUT ANY COURT ORDER TO DO SO?

Dauphin Co. Prothronotary Officals forgot that you can never FULLY delete information from a database, especially a public system like a courthouse. It is still on the system... We need the FBI computer team to go and retrieve that history of that case, see exactly what was placed on the court computer system on February 25, 2008, we already know what Ms.. Redmond entered, now we need to know who logged in and deleted the protected money judgment from the court computer system, Ms. Redmond, hand entered and advised the Plaintiff's and other parties with documents indicating a money judgment/confessed/consented judgment had been entered.

The public demands that the Justice Department end this so called mystery.
