I.C.C.-BALTIMORE CITY, MD MAN FILES $55,000,000 CLAIMS AGAINST THE CITY OF BALTIMORE, POLICE DEPARTMENT, CITY ATTORNEYS OFFICE, STATE OF MARYLAND, AND BALTIMORE CITY CIRCUIT JUDGE BARRY WILLIAMS

Baltimore, Maryland, United States of America (Free-Press-Release.com) October 24, 2010 -- A Baltimore City, Maryland resident has filed a Claim against the City of Baltimore and other departments or agencies including a Cirtcuit Court Judge, plus a now strangely retired Baltimore City Police Officer, Detective Anthony Brown.

The Claim stems from a 2009 arrest; whereas the alleged victim was arrested by a Baltimore City Police Detective, Anthony Brown, who travelled to Baltimore County to arrest the alleged suspect, who, is now the victim of being arrested, by Detective Brown outside his City jurisdiction an dbrought back to the City for processing, with a Warrant that was issued by someone other then a Judge or District Court Commissioner. In fact, evidence, clearly shows the alleged Warrant in question contained the forged, counterfeited signature of a Baltimore City, MD Circuit Judge.

I.C.C. pulled the records of the case in question, and we hired a Forensic Document Exaimner who determined after further review of various records, and contacing certain agencies, the warrant had in fact was forged and the Judge did not sign the warrant.

Copies of the Claim was also submitted to the NEW Baltimore City States Attorney. We wonder, if the new States Attorney will continue to cover this matter up.
