I.C.C. BUSTS-Baltimore City, MD & Dauphin Courts on Warrant Forgery Computer Theft of Court Judgment

(Free-Press-Release.com) September 4, 2009 -- We recently posted the results of our 9 month long investigation exposing Baltimore City, MD Circuit Court Clerks, & States Attorneys Office, employees, staff and officials, who had been for years, until now, counterfeiting and forging Judges signatures to warrants of arrest. Well, wait a minute. Not just any warrants, but Warrants made up by the Baltimore City, MD States Attorneys Office. Oh yes! That office seemed to made them up for their cases, and had staff sign Judges names to the warrants. Hey, this is illegal right? yes it is.

Currently, a SECOND REQUEST was sent to United States Attorney Geberal Eric Holder and FBI Director, to investigate this matter for criminal and civil rights violations. However, there is yet another problem. This Baltimore City, MD criminal case is connected to a civil case in Dauphin County, PA; whereas, a court judgment was entered and created back in February of 2008, for a very large sum, that was IRREVOCABLE, hours or days after, without any court intervention, someone, at Dauphin Co. Courts, intentionally deleted the money judgment entry made. This violates state and federal computer crime laws.

A request was sent along with a complaint to the FBI Computer Crimes Center to investigate who deleted the entry from the Dauphin County, PA court record judgment computer databases.

Without any question, there is a cover-up among the state agencies and other officials. The Baltimore City, MD States Attorney has done NOTHING to shed any light or discuss this situation, publically. Well, this maybe her last few years in office. The public demands a change in the corrupt Baltimore, MD City Courts and Government.
