I.C.C.-Learns of Mail Theft & Fraud Complaint Against Dauphin Co. PA Court Clerks Offices

I.C.C. has learned from several sources close to the pending Baltimore City, MD criminal case and Warrant scam we have been reporting on, that stems from a Dauphin Co. Pa Irrevocable Court Order and Judgment, report, to add to the already federal investigation as to the theft and deletion of a money court judgment from the Dauphin Co. Pa court system database, that on February 25, 2008, at the time the case was filed and recorded with the Prothonotary/Clerks Offices in Harrisburg, PA, the Ms. Redmond, stuff 13 envelopes with copies of the entire Judgment and Courts Orders to various Defendants that were SEALED to be mailed as addressed. It was learned today, that not one of those Defendants received the mail that was sent out as addressed, including mail to the United States Justice Department, was never mailed nor delivered.

This is yet another criminal offense to the list of acts of crimes committed by officials at the Dauphin County, PA Prothonotary/Clerks Offices.

Un-named parties have prepared for filing by Friday a Complaint against the Dauphin Co. Prothonotary for theft of mail and interferring with mail matter, among other federal offenses that have been committed by officials at that Pa. Court agency.
