I Was 21 And 190 Pounds! How Did I Got Out From Obesity?

In United States of America, studies shows that one-third of their population is indeed Obese. I want you to read my story and be motivated. If you want something, don't give up.

(Free-Press-Release.com) February 1, 2012 -- I have to give credits to my mother for doing a pretty great job on raising us up. She had given us everything that we needed and when it comes to food, there's no stopping. And I had no time to realize that it had come to a bad effect, until my teenage days.

Being obese as a teenager isn't very easy. I had experienced being bullied by many groups of people of all ages. They weren't paying attention to the fact that I'm a human being too. I deserve some respect as a person, I think everybody does!

More than that, being active as a teenager is nearly impossible for somebody who's obese like me. I couldn't do so much. I couldn't even stand up on my two feet immediately. When I try to run as fast as I could, in two minutes, I would have to chase my breath away.

Well, being teen ager passed me by, I was 21 and was nearly 200 pounds, I had to go look for a job. I couldn't really deny the fact that I'm smart enough to fit on something that is decent enough but, as usual, no one hired me.

At first. I really didn't mind about me, being obese, but it took me a very long time before I accepted to myself that I had been discriminated hardly over and over again.

You see, it wasn't just because I was obese, Obesity leaded me to very low self-esteem, isolation to the society and public embarrasment.

The bad sceneries had sinked in deep down into my mind and it was the most painful. But what I did was to try to change some things even for just a bit.

Gym sessions, diet pills, all kinds of food dieting and none of it really worked. Good thing my cousin visited me and noticed my obesity had got way too far then she shared me her ways on how to get fit.

I followed on what she adviced me, only with more thump for more changing results. For just a few weeks, I've been seeing results so I was full of motivation and at the same time it wasn't like forcing my body to do something, rather, it's more of a relaxation for me.

Until one day I just realized, I'm down to 140 pounds in just 6 months . This effect was really near to miracle for me. I finally found a job that I wanted and until now, I'm still doing it. From my work, I had gained many friends and from then on I have been so happy.

I am now I am 24 and happy with 110-pound body . I never considered it as luck but if I wasn't that motivated to improve myself from the obesity that I had been. However, the "lucky me" part here is the unique whole body workout that my cousin had taught me.

It surely helped me a lot and I want to share it with so many obese people as well as those people who are not really obese but lacks confidence and trust to themselves.

I don't really want to tolerate those people who had brought so much trauma in my life. The ones who disrespected me as a person back when I was still fat. We should all remember that every person here on earth has the right to live freely, without being afraid. We should also remember not to judge people with how they look like. Everybody deserves respect from all the people.

And for those who are obese, just like who I was, I want to tell you that you can do anything as long as you want it. Don't let anyone discriminate you because you have the right to be treated as a person. With this advice that I'll give you, I have been in obesity and I fought it through this advice. You'll have to move now before it's too late.
