Iconic Sheraton New York Hotel Celebrates 50th Anniversary With Facebook Giveaway

Now through April 30, 2012, past, present, and future travelers can “like” the Sheraton New York Hotel’s Facebook page to submit photos, videos, scans, or articles of historic Sheraton-related NYC memorabilia. Each item posted to the Sheraton’s Facebook wall will serve as an entry.

Valid memorabilia for entry into the 50th Anniversary Facebook Giveaway can include:

• Photographs, videos, and images of the hotel building or hotel guests 

• Letters or recorded stories mentioning the hotel

• Items signed by famous figures visiting the hotel

• Ticket stubs from famous shows played near the hotel

• Articles mentioning the hotel

• Vintage Sheraton advertisements

Entries will be judged based on character and authenticity, and must be posted on or before April 30, 2012. Other note-worthy items related to the Sheraton outside of these categories may also be considered at the discretion of the judges.
