The ID TECH Xpress CM100 provides EMV 2.0.1 contactless card reading and is certified to work with American Express® ExpressPay™, Discover Zip™ from Discover®, MasterCard® PayPass™, and Visa® payWave™. In addition to reading contactless payment cards, the Xpress CM100 communicates with other contactless technologies such as key fobs and cell phones with near field communication (NFC). The Xpress CM100 is compatible with the industry's most popular standards including ISO 14443 Type A/B and Mifare. It has four LED indicators as well as an audio beeper to provide both audio and visual confirmation of a successful transaction. Its modular design allows for easy integration into/on new or existing self-service systems, and can be easily mounted on terminals to add contactless reading capability. It can also be used as a standalone countertop unit with the optional mounting base.
