IDI's Jayson Williams brokers four leases

(Free-Press-Release.com) May 10, 2011 -- Jayson Williams of Innovative Developers Inc. has completed four lease agreements.

•Holly Nails leased a 1,000-square-foot nail salon in at Centre 67 in Alvarado.
•Sales and Management Results, LLC has taken office space at 3851 Northeast Loop 820 for a Sandler Training Office.
•Dr. Basil Bernstein leased 4,200 square feet at 7229 Hawkins View Drive. He is a general practitioner; his daughter, Dr. Linda Bernstein, an OB-GYN, also offices in that location.

Williams and IDI handle the leasing and management of all three locations.

•Texas Milk Bank will relocate Mothers Milk Bank of North Texas into 4,000 square feet at 600 West Magnolia in July. Williams handled leasing for the landlord The Armory Building, LLC.
