Innovative Developers Inc. to build medical office building
for Dr. Greg Hoffman in Burleson, Texas

Fort Worth, Texas – Dr. Greg Hoffman, M.D., a general practitioner in the Burleson/Joshua area, has contracted with Innovative Developers Inc. to develop and construct a single-story, medical office building on Wilshire Boulevard and Lakewood Drive.

The building will be approximately 6,000 square feet and will share the master site with the new 38,800-square-foot Burleson Hometown Healthcare facility being constructed for Texas Health Resources. IDI is also building the Texas Health Resources complex.

The development was coordinated by Dak Hatfield and the construction is being managed by Eric Robinson.
