For a limited time only, one of the best underground UK Hip Hop rappers, Imagery, is releasing his latest musical offering, The Dead EP on download. He is on his third instalment of his Promo Funk series and released his critically acclaimed "My Perspective" EP in 2007, which featured production from top UK hiphop producer Nutty P. The new EP is mind blowing and well worth the wait!

The track “A Child in Time” traces Imagery’s beginnings in London, charting and reminiscing on his youth in a colourfully lyrical manner, that only he can achieve. Many people will be able to relate to his musings of his relationship to his father and riding BMX’s, going to Carnival, liking girls and listening to Westwood. With a catchy beat and classical, this one is sure to be a hit. “No Luv 2 Police” highlights many people’s distrust of the police at a time when black people are harassed by the police, featuring Big Cakes, Rootwords and Larynx. “In the Ghetto,” featuring Larynx, has a great old skool, Harlem jazz and blues feel to it. The hard hitting track “Now You Know” sets the record straight! Too many good tracks to mention on this EP.


Hailing from Wembley, Imagery has been creating hip hop music for 11 years. He has collaborated with some of the best rappers in the UK, as well as performing in Geneva and collaborating with rappers from Switzerland and France. In addition to this, he has also had a video released into the Cannes festival.
