Founded in 2007 by Jersey native and former employee of Nickelodeon. Small Factory is the hippest place in town "where cool kids go to make media magic". Classes are aimed at school age children – beginners and computer gurus are welcome. Services include one on one lessons, group classes – such as the popular "Create a Cartoon" series, unique birthday parties, video game camp, and social skills groups – to name a few.

Dudick, currently a graduate student at Monmouth University, accepts Small Factory students with all abilities - including those on the Autism spectrum. Small Factory is currently enrolling children in its technology based Social Skills group offered in cooperation with Speech Start.
