Immigration consultant- Ministers favoring Marriage visa ban condemned by majority

(Free-Press-Release.com) October 20, 2011 -- October 18, 2011- Days after the released of the decision whether marriage visas of those under 21 should be ban or not, the judge or the court itself which has issued the implementation of such rule may have received criticism from various units as immigration consultant and various firms. However, a huge percentage of people are actually in favor of the court’s decision to neglect the visa ban.

Due to in increasing immigrants coming to Britain, the Government is trying to get the marriage visa ban for those under 21 implemented. The ministers reason out that there will be an increased forced marriage among people under 21, if the rule would not receive recognition from the Supreme Court.

However, the Supreme Court has made the decision on Wednesday. Sad to say, it was not in favor of banning marriage visas to those under 21. The decision has created chaos. Plenty of immigration consultant and firms do not accept the court’s decision.

In fact, even Britain’s ministers and a lot of immigration lawyers and firms have criticized the implementation of the said rule. Britain’s minister, Damian Green, has stated that the decision is another disappointing judgment, putting more and more young people to forced marriage. But then, the Supreme Court strongly stood by their decision, claiming that the decision doesn’t have something to do with the reduction of forced marriage in Britain. In whatever circumstances, forced marriage would always stay on the mainstream and there is nothing to do about it. Majority of young people are actually taking the side of the Supreme Court. Most young people under 21 aren’t in favor of waiting for another three years just to get their spouses to Britain.

In this aspect, even if the immigration canada and lots of immigration firms are divided in this issue still the decision has been issued.
