If you are suffering from any of the disease like muscle tension, low back pain, pains in different parts of body, pounding or racy heat beats, sweating in palms or other parts of body without any physical activity. Unexplained rashes, butterflies in stomach, indigestion, diarrhea, sleeplessness or excessive sleeps are also few other types of after effects of stress.

Once you know that you are suffering from stress it is easy for you to look into the matters which are the main reason of stress so you can take care of all thosematters which actually cause it, take rest or consult the relevant doctor, who can suggest any better option for you to relive the stress. If you are unable to know the stress causes you might undergo some serious health problem which can cause a major loss to you in means of physical loss or mental loss which can become fatal for you. It is better to take care then going for cure of that disease.
