We have looked into ways of reducing chemicals in our diet and cleaning materials, after researching and being appalled by the unnecessary use of chemicals in our everyday living we strive to raise awareness. Our bodies are bombarded with harsh smells and chemicals and more and more of us are coming down with ailments. By reducing the chemicals, sourcing organic and eco friendly products and improving fitness we hope to improve our own health and the health of those that visit our website. We are interested in recycling as much as possible, making compost and growing vegetables.
