FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Denver, Colorado, United States of America (Free-Press-Release.com) January 16, 2012 -- Author and retired Air Force Master Sergeant James H. Eblen announced today the release of In Defense of the Constitution: An Analysis, published by Outskirts Press. The author acknowledges the more than three million Americans who have been killed or wounded protecting and defending the Constitution as he brings back into a clear light this document that too many Americans have inadvertently taken for granted.

In this refreshing primer on the freedom inherent in our Constitution, Eblen names many of the domestic enemies of that document today, including those of us who have forgotten -- or never knew -- the actual source of the freedom that has been purchased for us over the years by the blood of so many young men and women of the Armed Forces.

The author reminds us not only what we are losing, but why. He points out that it is necessary for each of us to insist that every judge, legislator and administrator we elect adhere to the “supreme law of the land” that is our Constitution. That insistence must also address the changes in these officials’ operating bases that need to be made now so that we lose no more of the freedoms that have already gone by the wayside in the hands of ignorant or ignoble men.

Eblen explains how the national budget is to be balanced and how it will automatically be paid so that it is no longer on the shoulders of American citizens and their children. He also goes over the corollary financial crisis of the current real estate debacle and offers a solution for that financial quagmire.

Each Amendment of our Bill of Rights is taken up clearly by the author so that readers can see the violations to them that have occurred over the years -- for instance, the fraudulent passing of the Sixteenth Amendment itself. The author’s thorough overview of our country’s most essential document acts as a timely reminder to us of the actions we can each take to help America restore its intended freedoms before any more of them are lost.

About the author:

James H. Eblen is a retired U.S. Air Force Master Sergeant. He served from February 1948 until March 1968. While in the Air Force James built the world’s first automatic photo copying machine and he designed a new program called “Manning in Required Specialties” that has been adopted Air Force wide. James was also given the task of determining the total number of hours an X-rated (test) aircraft would fly six months in advance of the time of the actual flights in order to allow time to ship the required pounds of JP-8 fuel. He posted reports exceeding 99.9% accuracy. James completed his last two years at Edwards Air Force Base and was in charge of Center Scheduling at the Air Force Flight Test Center. James was replaced by five personnel after it was determined the post would be too much stress for any fewer men.
