The interplay between Cultural Competence and Coaching Competencies will be addressed. For example, what does it mean to effectively demonstrate Direct Communication within different cultures? The meeting includes the sharing of resources such as the dimensions of culture. The discussion includes how to have the greatest possible positive impact coaching nonprofits especially in the social justice (change) arena.

OHearne, coaching since 1998, renews organizational PEP: People, Energy, and Prosperity. “Developing and energizing people results in a more prosperous organization.” O’Hearne achieved the International Coach Federation Master Certified Coach designation (the highest level). She also serves on the ICF Global Board of Directors and also trains and mentors other coaches. She coaches nonprofit leaders in Kansas and around the world.
Garrett is a leadership consultant and coach with 15+ years of experience in the nonprofit and philanthropic sectors. Lisa started gMoxie consulting and coaching to strengthen the way individuals and organizations relate to their power; and by doing so, better understand the impact of their power in creating lasting change. Lisa co-designed and instructs the Coaching for Social Action at the Institute for Life Coach Training.
