OHearne, coaching since 1998, renews organizational PEP: People, Energy, and Prosperity. “Developing and energizing people results in a more prosperous organization.” O’Hearne achieved the International Coach Federation Master Certified Coach designation (the highest level). She also serves on the ICF Global Board of Directors and also trains and mentors other coaches. She coaches nonprofit leaders in Kansas and around the world.

Garrett is a leadership consultant and coach with 15+ years of experience in the nonprofit and philanthropic sectors.
