A new report issued by the Mortgage Bankers Association says that foreclosures will keep rising through 2010, with the number of delinquencies and home repossessions continuing to climb. Blaming widespread job loss for the increase, the study forecasted more foreclosures through all of next year despite stabilizing housing prices in some areas. Indiana’s delinquency rate is currently 11.8 percent in the third quarter, up from 11.1 percent in the second quarter and 9.3 percent last year.
