Indianapolis used Nissan shoppers will enjoy the new innovation coming their way

Consumers shopping for a used Nissan near Indianapolis will want to hear about the new strategies and advertisements that Nissan is implementing in the upcoming months.

With the help of TBWA/Chiat/Day (a part of the TBWA Worldwide unit of the Omnicom Group), the same company that worked on Nissan’s “Shift” campaign, Nissan is well on its way to becoming a threat among top competitors. Robert Downey Jr. is also providing his charming vocals as the new voice-over announcer for the commercials. Indianapolis used Nissan shoppers can expect great results from this collaboration, and will see it first with the Nissan Leaf, the car company’s first all-electric vehicle.
Jon Brancheau, Vice President for Nissan marketing at Nissan North America, is confident that the company’s new slogan will help the automaker thrive despite the economic slump: “We’re moving ahead. Economically, we do think there is light at the end of the tunnel.” Nissan lovers are hoping that Brancheau is right about this statement, considering that Nissan North America spent about $249.1 million on advertisements in the first five months of 2010, about 23.4 percent more than the first five months of 2009.

Although Nissan is spending a bit more money on the marketing campaign than last year, sales representatives at Indianapolis Nissan dealers are certain that the advertisements – and possibly Downey Jr.’s voice – will draw customers into their showroom and into the seat of a new Nissan.
