Notwithstanding her remarkable talents and insight, Miss Kim continues to expand her understanding of art at the world famous New York Student Art League. “I will never permit my visions to be limited. Art provides us with an opportunity to portray the beauty that surrounds us in our daily lives. It can also empower us to find the goodness within our hearts, and should stimulate us in the same way Mozart is able to bring beauty into our lives.”

For more than a decade Miss Kim has painted commissioned works. Her love for children, animals and wildlife has been rendered for both private and commercial use. Her appreciation for all things beautiful continues to enhance her unique insight into life. Her distinctive rock paintings reflect this philosophy. Miss Kim’s ability to see the image veiled on the surface of an ordinary rock is quite similar to a sculptor releasing the figure hidden within the stone. Her rock paintings not only present an accurate portrait of life, but can at times be both whimsical as well as satirical.
