Industrial Balancing and Machining Services Awarded ISO 9001 Certification

(IBMS) today announced that their plant in Menomonee Falls, WI has been awarded the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System Certificate, by internationally recognized SAI Global. The said standard is developed by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), composed of representatives from various national standards organizations from 163 countries.

Weʼve made a strong Quality Management System to meet the ISO 9001 standard requirements. In order to receive the certification, the Menomonee Falls plant had to undergo rigorous inspections to demonstrate their comprehensive quality management system. This system includes processes for customer service, stage wise documentation, adherence to customer requirements and continual product improvement. The ISO certificate assures IBMSʼs ongoing compliance with globally recognized ISO standards for quality management systems to enhance customer satisfaction in supplier-customer relationships.

“Our team spent over six months putting their knowledge to paper, formalizing and documenting our processes in order to train future IBMS employees,” States Pat Quinlan, Machining Manager.
