IndustrialForklift.com launches jobs forum to help forklift operators find careers.

Industrial Forklift announced today that it is launching a new jobs forum on their website. Warehouse jobs have were cut at a high rate in 2008 due to the sharp decline in economic activity in the global economy. "We're hoping that we can help forklift truck drivers identify new opportunities in 2009", said Joe Peralta, a partner in the firm.
Mr. Peralta identified a few basic parameters for prospective forklift operators. Lift truck drivers must meet the following minimum guidelines:
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
At least 1 year before forklift experience in a production hub or warehouse environment, counting, getting, drawing out orders, transporting as well as shipping
It is preferred to have prior experience working mechanical engineering apparatus (i.e. forklift, pallet sheathing, supply pickers, etc.)
Competent to speak well with foreign clients as well as administration.
Skillful enough to effectively do his job individually without complete supervision
Capable to develop into officially stated forklift operator
Operators with these qualifications are invited to join the forum and share experiences and suggestions.
