Indy IT Professionals Approved as a Veteran Owned Business

(Free-Press-Release.com) February 17, 2010 -- Noblesville, IN, February 17, 2010 – Tom Wagenhauser today announced that Indy IT Professionals has been approved as a Veteran Owned Business by the United States Department of Veterans Affairs.

“By becoming a veteran owned business, we are able to open up our service offerings by bidding on state and city government contracts,” said Tom Wagenhauser, President of Indy IT Professionals. “It also provides our customers with the advantages of contracting with a veteran owned small business.”

In June of 2008, Mayor Greg Ballard issued an executive order to provide additional economic opportunities to veteran owned businesses by setting a goal of at least 3 percent of the City of Indianapolis’ total purchase of goods and services.
