Indyglo Clubwear products are manufactured in the United Kingdom and currently all items are stocked and distributed from our UK warehouse. With the increase in International retailers requesting our product lines on a dropship and wholesale basis we have taken into consideration the added value to our International clients of providing official distribution channels within designated global areas.

The ability to actively promote our products to businesses and supply products in a timely manner. 1 to 2 days despatch time for in stock products

You must be able to demonstrate your willingness to develop and commit to our brand, provide sales reports in relation to our product lines and traffic reports to support your ongoing commitment to us in return we will offer an ongoing development package to suit your demographical profile where additional discounts and bespoke product manufacturing will be offered to you.

We will require minimum quantity order to enter into agreement and an annual license fee will be payable to obtain our distributor discounts.

All distributor agreements will be maintained at Indyglo Clubwear Limited sole discretion, we reserve the right to void any agreements where we feel detriment to Indyglo Clubwear Limited or to our customers.
We will not offer sole distribution however will negotiate limited distributors in your country of origin; this will be assessed on the geographical area you are placed and agreed. All European and Worldwide Territories are currently being offered including the UK.

We will require your postage costs to not be greater than our own into your geographical area from the UK.

As an official distributor we will offer media concepts in your geographical language and will work closely with you to develop campaigns and banners to suit your audience. All advertising independent of Indyglo Clubwear must be cleared by Indyglo Clubwear Limited and we reserve the right to not give approval to campaigns we feel are not suitable or we believe will give a negative impact on our brand and products.

We will/can work with your website development team to provide graphics for website development and/or inclusion in existing websites.

Distributors with retail websites must not retail Indyglo Clubwear products that will give an overall advantage in pricing to them over their registered wholesale customers. All pricing must be deemed to be fair competition. Under no circumstances can our products be offered by distributor retail websites at the same cost offered to wholesale customers.

We will offer a 1 year license to resell our products which will be obtained annually at a cost to you, this will ensure your territorial status within our distributor programme and no negotiation with other interested parties in respect to an agreement in place and your status is live.

License to distribute our products in your agreed Territory will also give you samples from the new collections (2 times yearly) and media including point of sale and brochures as and when developed.
