Inn on the Riverwalk Announces New Years Eve party

The inn has a wedding/party planner, with the ability to make any reunion, business meeting, party or wedding special.

Our bed and breakfast has a colorful history. Homer Gibson built the main house presently being used as our bed & breakfast in 1916. It was a three-bedroom house without indoor plumbing. The Gibson family lived here till the 1930s. The one block street that we are located on was developed by Willard Woodward, a well to do carriage dealer.

The newest owner is Johanna Gardner and her husband Scot Kiltoff. Johanna Gardner went to Prior Park College from '86-'90. Moved from Hong Kong to US in '91, and had her son in Caio, currently in San Antonio Texas, is an encaustic artist as well as an innkeeper. Scott in 2007 held the Texas Senior Pro-Rodeo number 1 place in his age group. He became passionate about riding in his early 20’s. . He’s won over six rodeos. Johanna and her husband Scott are hands on at the inn, remodeling, repairing and making their visitors at feel at home.

The inn is a green inn and was the first inn in San Antonio to use wind-powered electricity.
