Innovations and variations in radio control car transmitters

January 12, 2012

Since the FM radio control car band is trading below the band then air is possible with this circuit to get to pick a station. But the received audio will be distorted due to the type of demodulation.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
(Free-Press-Release.com) January 12, 2012 -- There are many differences between specific radio control car transmitters. But we must not forget that no matter the radiated power, if our system is poor antenna will not reach the next block. So pay attention to the type and size of antenna to use. An alternative is to build dipoles, which although are great, they work pretty well. There is a page for the calculation of dipoles and inverted "V" in another section of this site.

You can take a look at the electronic design of the radio control car transmitter, which we thank a station in New Zealand. As shown, there are a handful of passive components, two transformers, inductors and a pair of low-power transistors. The circuit is powered by 13.8vy consumes about 3 watts. In the assembly of this project must take into account some aspects:
- The temperature is crucial for the stability of the system; if transistors overheat the output frequency can be unstable.
- The crystal oscillator should be chosen according to the desired transmit frequency.
- The printed circuit board where it will be reinforced epoxy. If you use a risk moisture to condense inside and make capacitance effect, disrupting the operation of the equipment.
- The source must be stabilized as much as possible to avoid frequency shifts.
- Inducers should be as specific as possible as these are calculated for optimum results.

If the power is removed physically from the transmitter is advisable to place 100nF capacitors at the ends of wiring to prevent noise transmission seizes.
Microcontroller
Perhaps one of the most common applications for a microcontroller is the development of a turn counter or people served. In this case we decided to design a radio control car circuit that requires the least amount of components and which complies with the typical features of these applications.

To reduce the amount of integrated circuits to only one we have chosen to generate the digits within the same micro soft, thus avoiding having to BCD decoders, while not represent any cost to acquire them, the fact being placed in the circuit printed means bigger size number of tracks and holes. The other operation is simple. The four-digit display is in parallel. This means that the first segment of the wired along with the second, third and fourth. The same happens with the other radio control car segments. To not turn on the four digits the same number is multiplexed through the power of the four transistors.
