Innovative Developers Inc. Breaks Ground
On Cleburne Medical Office Building

Fort Worth, Texas – Innovative Developers, Inc (IDI) has broken ground on a 5,000-square-foot, single-story medical office building at 1317 Glenwood Drive in Cleburne, Texas for Dr. Ted Benke.

Benke is an ear, nose and throat specialist.

The new office will have three exams rooms, two audiology booths and a display salesroom located off the waiting room, which has cedar beams and stone fireplace.

Casey Herrell of IDI will serve as project manager and Don Cox is the on-site superintendent. Architectural design was provided by Brent Sparks, AIA. The project is scheduled for completion in early 2011.
