Innovative Developers Inc. to develop residential lots
on 8 acres of pristine north Keller wooded area

Keller, Texas – The Keller City Council has approved a request from Innovative Developers Inc. (IDI) to develop three heavily wooded sites on eight acres at Bancroft and Mt. Gilead roads. A creek flows along the eastern edge of the property.

Dr. Eric Packwood and Dr. Michael Hunt had purchased the acreage and asked IDI to assist with the platting and the development. Two lots have sold and there is a 2.4-acre lot remaining. Another 4.3-acre residential tract is available to the south of the development.
“The staff at the City of Keller was wonderful to work with and our civil engineer, JD Farmer, earned every bit of his fee,” said Mark Presswood, Vice President of Real Estate.
The road development is to begin within two months and one of the homes will begin construction shortly thereafter.
