The process has been exaggerated to select the best candidate of the lot. The level of competition is so high that just one round of interview is not enough to filter the best.

The interviewer comes up with new techniques to decide a perfect candidate. Apart from the aptitude tests and group discussions many innovative techniques are being designed. A role play session is one such technique through which the qualities of the job seeker are analyzed. Another method is asking the candidate to design a customer feedback form. This gives us an idea as to what according to the candidate is important for the customer. The more you understand your customer, the more you can progress.

The job seeker can be asked to give PPT presentation which gives an idea of the communication skills. Some companies who do not wish a cluster of aspirants lining their offices ask the candidates to send a video elaborating why they should hire the candidate.
