When ball mill body was adjusted to be level, just then install the transaction parts. At first, check the quality condition of transaction parts, mainly check small gear shaft and reduction gear shaft is concentric or not.

Regard the big gear wheel as the basic, then install and adjust the transaction parts, make sure the tooth width of small gear and big gear are accordant. In addition, the tooth surface of small gear and big gear also should keep accordant, the least space of gear should leave 0.25mm. the contact surface of big gear and small gear acconts for 60% of the overall length and about 40% of overall height.
