Integra Realty Resources Expands Office Space

Fort Worth, Texas – The Fort Worth office of Integra Realty Resources, the largest real estate valuation and counseling firm in the United States, will expand its presence at Lexington Place by 50 percent during January, 2010.

Integra will take the entire fourth floor (9,551 square feet) of the building at 930 West First Street and keep half its third-floor presence (4,830 square feet). Total occupied square footage will be 14,381. The lease is a partial renewal and expansion into the space built originally for the Klabzuba Companies, which is moving from

the building it owns to one it built across the street at 100 Lexington.

Ben Loughry, managing partner of Integra DFW, said, “We have been discussing the move with Hank Akin at Klabzuba for several months. The Klabzuba family has been very kind to Integra during the last 14 years. This location is ideal for our business.

“With the anticipated rebound in the real estate market, the extra space will allow room to grow. IRR Residential, headed by Scott Burdette, will be an addition to our offices and Brazos Tax Group will be expanding to accommodate its increase in business. Steve Mills, President of Brazos Tax Group, is very pleased with our ability to expand in the existing building. We have been cramped in our existing space for the last two years. Everyone

is looking forward to having more space. We are now set for the next seven years.”

Integra’s name will go on the outer façade at Lexington Place, which is noted for its tower entrance.
