Integra Realty Resources’ Keri L. Redford Receives
Commercial Real Estate Women Award

Award recognizes 20 under 40 leaders in real estate

NEW YORK—Integra Realty Resources, Inc. today announced that Keri L. Redford, senior analyst at its Fort Worth office, has been named one of the 20 under 40 recipients from Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW). The 20 under 40 awards recognize women who are 39 or younger and considered up-and-coming industry leaders. The awards were honored at the group’s 2010 CREW Network Convention and Marketplace.
“I’m excited to have received this award,” says Redford. “CREW is a preeminent professional organization in commercial real estate and it is an honor to be recognized with such prestigious peers.”

In her capacity as senior analyst, Redford has appraised all types of real property including land, retail, industrial facilities, senior housing, office buildings, multifamily, and office properties. Additionally, she has assisted with litigation assignments as well as diminution in value studies for a range of causes, including environmental conditions. She has experience appraising in Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, California, Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Michigan, and Virginia.
She currently is a Texas Certified General Real Estate Appraiser, Education Chair of the Appraisal Institute’s Central Texas Chapter, and a past president and current board member of Fort Worth CREW. She is also a former member of the Young Leader’s Council Fort Worth Real Estate Council.

The 20 under 40 awards were launched in 2009 to celebrate CREW’s 20th anniversary. This year there were 70 nominees. The mission of CREW Network is to influence the success of the commercial real estate industry by advancing the achievements of women. CREW Network does this by looking outward to bring more women into the industry, showcasing member successes and serving as a key resource to its members and the industry. CREW Network members represent all disciplines of commercial real estate—every type of expert required to “do the deal.” Members comprise 8,000 commercial real estate professionals in 73 chapters across North America.
