Case Study, Patient Hx: 7 year-old female, 4 ft 2 inches, 54 lbs, presents with nasal congestion, headache, low energy, and productive cough for 2 days. Painful chest during coughing, and complaints of mild dyspnea. No nasal flaring. On auscultation, no rales, rhonchi, or diminished breath sounds. Normal percussion and fremitus. Axillary temperature is 97.4 F. Palpation: no lymphadenopathy.
