New partnership will offer service and support solutions expanding the capabilities of the Oracle CRM On Demand product line.

Through this alliance, Intelenex has recently launched InteleService which seamlessly integrates a customizable service portal with multi-based knowledge, collaboration and communication centers into the Oracle CRM OnDemand product line.
