FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
(Free-Press-Release.com) August 21, 2010 -- The Firm InformSystem (Russia) has developped innovation MES-system “MES-T2 2010” v.6.311 for the calculation TEP (technical-econmic factors) of power stations in the real time with the intellectual possibilities of fuel economy.

Intellectual MES-system is capable of synthesizing purpose, of making decision to the action, of supporting the operation for achievement of purpose, of forecasting the values of the parameters of the result of action and of comparing them with the real, forming feedback, to correct purpose or control. For this it possesses the reserve of knowledge and it has available the methods of solution of problems.

Production activity in the generating company contains two basic processes.

1) Guarantee of electric energy generation and heat by each power station in accordance with their graph of delivery with the zero excessive fuel consumption. Already we proved that the optimization of service lives in this process plays smaller role than the liquidation of elementary human factor in the excessive fuel consumption, which can be achieved only by half-hour calculations of actual and normative TEP in the real time with monitoring of excessive fuel consumption on BPM (block panel of management).

2) Prognostication of the purchase of fuel for each power station in accordance with the plans of delivery to electric power and heat. In this case for reduction in the penal sanctions should be accurately calculated the dimensions of the necessary fuel with the laying out according to time schedule.

The production process of power station is described as follows: B = f(E,Q), where: B - fuel, E - electric power, Q - heat. But the economic process: Cb = k*(Ce+Cq), where: Cb - the cost of fuel, Ce - the cost of electric power, Cq - cost of heat, k - tariff coefficient (0.5-0.6). In such a manner both in the economic and in production processes participate only three basic factors: fuel, electric power and heat.

With the optimum production process and with the zero excessive fuel consumption to each pair (E,Q) in the half-hour interval corresponds the strictly determined quantity of fuel (B). It is understandable that this is represented simply, since to as in actuality heat (Q) this and hot water, and pair with different parameters.

Having the base of knowledge with the collection of different combinations (E,Q,B) in the half-hour intervals and a plan of delivery (E,Q) MES-system easily and instantly will calculate (B) during any period. In this case the specific fuel consumptions and other complex calculations for the planning and the prognostication are not at all necessary.

Also the very concerns the current production process. Also according to the base of knowledge, but with another collection of combinations (E,Q,Ri) according to the graph of delivery (E,Q) MES-system will select optimum collection (Ri) of the regimes of the work of equipment. And in this case generally there is no need for solving optimization problems in the equipment workload, and the highly skilled technologists for management of power station are not required. It suffices only in the real time with the aid of the MES-system to control excessive fuel consumption.

Instruction or forming of the base of the knowledge of MES-system occurs in the current production process. In the half-hour intervals with the zero excessive fuel consumption and with the optimum equipment workload is produced the fixation of this slice (E, Q, B, Ri) in the base of knowledge. One year because of different seasonal needs of electric power and heat, naturally, will be required for the complete cycle of the instruction of MES-system.

In practice control process of power station with the use of a MES-system appears as follows.

On BPM of power station monitoring MES-system represents in the real time of drawing and value of minute and half-hour excessive fuel consumptions. If minute excessive fuel consumption is present, then changes in production process operationally are introduced. If excessive fuel consumption is absent in the half-hour interval and if this production slice is absent in the base of the knowledge of MES-system, then it automatically is written in the base. The enumeration of the technological parameters of slice previously is tuned. In the connecting regimes (day, night) the process of the fixation of slice also is produced after the installation of the zero value of excessive fuel consumption.

THE DEMONSTRATION VERSION of innovation MES-system “MES-T2 2010” with the calculations of actual and normative TEP, with the minute and half-hour calculations of excessive fuel consumption and with the operational analysis is placed on the site: http://www.Inform-System.ru.
