(Free-Press-Release.com) December 13, 2011 --
The Riverside Arts Project (RAP) is one of the latest in public art ventures by the Riverside Arts Council, the County’s source for arts-related services since 1977. As a functioning gallery, the Arts Project helps to promote arts and cultural programs in Riverside, California and surrounding areas.
In January, RAP will showcase southern California artist Nathaniel Osollo's first solo exhibition: Paintings|Things. With creative roots in comic books and other pop culture mediums, the artist has taken a different approach to the creative process. He has teamed with mobile communication experts OnCell to develop new works.
As a mobile tour platform technology provider to museums and organizations around the nation, OnCell is working with Osollo to create an interactive and unique experience at the Riverside Arts Project.
Paintings|Things opens to the public on January 9, 2012 and is on exhibit until February 1, 2012. An opening reception will be held on Friday, January 13, 2012 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at 3639 Riverside Plaza Dr, Ste 508, Riverside, CA.
