Over the past months, industry events and news have focused heavily on the online presence and branding of dealerships in the digital space. This is critical as more consumers than ever are leaving more traditional media behind in favor of content that is timely, meets their needs and offers more engaging communication. This is just like weekend newspaper ads, and that's unfortunately a one-way diatribe that most people don't care for. We talk about this everywhere we go" adds Gary, referring to individual dealer visits as well as speaking to large groups.

"We're actually looking to grow our in-store consulting team as well in the next couple months as more dealerships are realizing they're at or past the time to act.
