FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Leveraging recent developments in European banking, Gottfried Lange & Associates has developed an innovative structure, through which they are now to able to offer equity funding, internationally, also in larger amounts, for existing companies seeking to access the capital markets for funding.
Gottfried Lange & Associates are private consultants to professional, financial and legal intermediaries, and select, individual clients in a wide range of financial endeavours, including debt and equity funding. To service fully the needs of all clients, a top team of specialists in various related fields has been assembled. Their present endeavours are directed towards assisting in obtaining funding required for viable ventures. It is with a sense of considerable understanding of both sides of the picture that our services are offered, very often to the financial and legal advisers of those requiring funding, but also to applicants direct.
The structure, which has been developed, is designed for companies wanting to make an IPO, or seek a listing on a recognised exchange. Via the issue of GDRs (Global Depository Receipts) issuers in a former Soviet bloc country have acquired the right to list on European trading platforms, including London Stock Exchange, Luxemburg Stock Exchange, Frankfurt Stock Exchange, Vienna Stock Exchange, Warsaw Stock Exchange and Berlin Stock Exchange. The first four of those have alternative markets (specially organized trading platforms admitting the issuers that do not qualify for listing on the respective stock exchanges).
In making an IPO by means of issues of GDRs, a foreign depositary bank, depositing its shares with a national custodian, acts as a shareholder of record. GDRs are then issued on the basis of a Depository Agreement. The structuring of GDR issues in the case of simultaneous issues of GDRs and shares in the transactional country is a process, which requires fully concerted actions to be taken in respect of the issue of the shares and GDRs in different jurisdictions.
Gottfried Lange & Associates will be happy to accept contact from all professionally qualified intermediaries, or serious and capable applicants, who may wish to explore this procedure. Contact details and more information is available on the web site at http://www.gottfriedlange.com/
