Winner of the ADEC Excellence Award in College and University Distance Education - Applications are being accepted through the MSU Lifelong Education Program for any one of eight (8) three-credits courses available either spring semester starting January 9, 2012 , summer semester starting May 14, 2012, or fall semester starting August 29, 2012, lasting 13-15 weeks, including an overview course in International Food Laws & Regulations, five regional courses covering Food Regulation in the United States, European Union, Latin America, Canada and Asia, and courses covering Codex Alimentarius (the Food Code), and Animal Health, World Trade, and Food Safety: Challenges and Opportunities – (OIE World Organisation for Animal Health), taught by an international network of experts in food regulation through the Institute for Food Laws & Regulations at Michigan State University (MSU).
