(Free-Press-Release.com) November 7, 2011 -- Millions of people are invited to participate in the International Forgiveness & Reconciliation Week: November 8-14, 2011. During this week, we are asking people to forgive others & forgive themselves by removing bitterness, anger, resentment, & hatred in order to restore joy, love, freedom & peace back into their lives. People can reconcile their broken relationships with God, family, friends, neighbors, church/religious leaders & national leaders. Life is short. Do you want to spend another Holiday season alone or without that special loved one in your life?

Why “International Forgiveness & Reconciliation Week”?
Someone said, “Forgiveness is giving up the right to hate those who have hurt us.” Mark 11:25-26 (NKJV) states, “And whenever you stand praying, if you have anything against anyone, forgive him that your Father in heaven may also forgive you your trespasses. But if you do not forgive, neither will your Father in heaven forgive your trespasses.” We must forgive others in order for God to forgive us. Many people do not realize that they are blocking their own blessings in their lives, because they failed to forgive those who have hurt them.

In Michael L. Galiga’s book, “Win Every Battle Conquering Fear & Claiming Victory for Success in Life” he states, “Unforgiveness opens spiritual pathways for dark, demonic spirits to wreak havoc in your life. Forgiveness is mandatory to win every battle. Forgiveness means surrendering your rights to hold anger, bitterness, unforgiveness, judgments, or offenses. It means surrendering the situation to the Living God. There is no government or nation so evil that God will not forgive and save it. If we do our part, God will do His part. The only way to get free is to forgive. When we humble ourselves, repent and turn from our wicked ways, we will win every battle.”

In the Dr. Ed Murphy’s book, “The Handbook of Spiritual Warfare” it states, “Those who hurt you have their own guilt, but it is guilt before God, not before you. You are not responsible for their actions. You are only responsible for your reactions to their actions. People are always held responsible for their sins, even sins provoked by the unjust actions of others. Some people have become so accustomed to their self-pity, anger, feelings of inferiority, rejection; they really don’t want to change. For many, it has become an excuse for other sins, which they do not want to abandon. When you forgive and can really pray for the salvation and transformation of those who have hurt you most, you are on the way to healing. God moves in answer to the prayers of His saints.” We want people to start enjoying the best life that God has for them. It is never too late to forgive. You can start right now by confessing and repenting of your sin to the Lord Jesus Christ and asking Him to come into your heart and baptize you with the gift of the Holy Spirit, the Spirit of Life. In addition, you can pray for those who have hurt you that they may come into the knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ. We want to see families restored, relationships restored and nations restored. International Forgiveness & Reconciliation Week Schedule:
There are 2 ways that you can forgive others: (1) by praying & releasing that person to God or (2) by confronting the offender/perpetuator and ask for forgiveness as stated in Luke 17:3, “if he repents. “So watch yourselves. “If your brother sins, rebuke him, and if he repents, forgive him.”
Here’s the schedule:
November 8th- Forgive your family
November 9th- Forgive your friends, neighbors, classmates, co-workers, enemies and/or forgive people of different ethnic & racial backgrounds

November 10th- Forgive National Leaders & other Nations- promote national healing & reconciliation. In order to do this, there should be confession, repentance, & forgiveness in order for reconciliation to take place in America & in all nations. National leaders may want to investigate past & present injustices/atrocities, i.e. human rights violations or crimes against humanity, by conducting public hearings & investigations. Reconciliation cannot happen unless TRUTH is revealed.
November 11th- Veteran’s Day- Veterans, are you harboring anger, bitterness, resentment, or hatred? May God bless you for your courage in protecting our nation for freedom.
November 12th- Forgive Church/Religious Leaders & Community Leaders- church leaders & community leaders to help communities with forgiveness, healing, reconciling broken relationships & help people to overcome their bitterness & resentment.
November 13th- Forgive yourself or self-forgiveness

November 14th- Children’s &Teens’ Forgiveness Day- Parents should teach them how to forgive
Criteria For Your Prayers To Be Answered:

In order for your prayers to be answered first, you must have faith in God. In other words, you must be saved by saying these words: “ I confess with my mouth that Jesus Christ is LORD & Savior over my life and I believe in my heart & confess with my mouth that Jesus Christ is the Son of God & that God raised Him from the dead. Anyone who calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.” Then you must have no unforgiveness or grudge against anyone, no doubt, believe that you will receive, whatever you are requesting, as long as it is good for God's Kingdom and obey His commandments. You should keep praying while waiting patiently for Him to answer your prayers.
Prayer Of Forgiveness

Heavenly Father, in the Name of Jesus Christ, I come before you as your humble (son/daughter). I love thy Lord my God with all my heart, and with all my soul, and with all my mind. God is love. I praise & worship you God. I give you all the glory. I believe in my heart & confess with my mouth that Lord Jesus Christ is the Son of God & that God raised him from the dead. I confess with my mouth that Jesus Christ is the Lord and Savior over my life. Jesus Christ, you have forgiven us of our sins-past, present, & future, but it is written, if we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us or sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. I am a sinner. I confess & repent of my intentional & unintentional sins. You are my vindicator, redeemer, deliverer & restorer. I will not seek revenge or bear a grudge against anyone, but I will love them. It is written in 1 Thessalonians 4:6, “that in this matter no one should wrong his brother or take advantage of him. The Lord will punish men for all such sins, as we have already told you and warned you.” In the name of Jesus Christ, I do not have to revenge any wronged that has been done to me, but I am moved by faith to obey Your Word. I ask you to “forgive them for they know not what they are doing”. I forgive name of the individual(s) with all my heart & mind. I forgive myself. I pray for those who hurt me or are adversaries to my soul. In the name of Jesus Christ, I pray that name of the individual(s) is /are blessed and that he/she will come into knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ. God is love. In the name of Jesus Christ, I pray that the veil of darkness is removed off the eyes & ears of name of the individual(s) so that he/she can repent & confess of his/her sin. I thank you for forgiving me. In Jesus’ name, wash me thoroughly and cleanse me of my sins. I am covered with the blood of Jesus Christ. I ask You, Lord Jesus Christ to come into my heart and baptize me with the gifts of the Holy Spirit. In the name of Jesus Christ, the anointing of the Holy Spirit is let loose in my loose. (While inhaling & exhaling, please repeat these words 3 times: In the name of Jesus Christ, breathe life back into me.) I am free. My old life is dead. Jesus Christ, search my heart & open my spiritual ears and my spiritual eyes & show me areas in my life, which are not pleasing to you. I am a new person in Jesus Christ so provide me with new thoughts, ideas, & desires. In the name of Jesus Christ, I put on every piece of armor to stand against the wiles of the devil. I thank thee & praise thee for what you have done & for what you are going to do. You are such a merciful God. How thankful I am. Amen
