International success for Vital Network Solutions’ technical delivery manager

The accreditation help further the company’s continued commitment to staff development and the highest possible standards of service delivery to its clients.
ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) is the world’s leading business IT service management framework for identifying, planning, delivering and supporting IT services.

The accreditation comes after Daniel Sykes passed his V3 Foundation exam, which looks to ensure a systematic and professional approach to the management of IT services.
