Investing in Memphis Real Estate event a hit in Dallas, Tx.

The day long investment event included the opportunity to meet the owners and a number of staff at Memphis Invest. The events are co-hosted by Fortune Builders out of San Diego and the operators of one of A&E T.V's most popular shows "Flip THis House". J.D. Esajian and Paul Shively attended from Fortune Builders to help educate investors on the long-term advantages of passive real estate investing.

The event is a decided departure from the usual business model for many real estate investment companies. "We decided that we were going to hit the road and meet our clients where they live. Not simply expect them to make the trek to Memphis" stated Kent Clothier, Sr., co-owner of Memphis invest.

"This is our second trip out of town after visiting New York in October and I think we are really getting it down. Our clients are very appreciative of the opportunity to meet us where they live because it gives them a chance to bring friends or family and even other interested investors to see who they are investing with" said Marq Cobb, Director for Sales for Memphis Invest.

The event was very successful for a handful of investors who decided to purchase investment properties at discount prices from Memphis Invest. Most of the buyers felt that the family owned business, the transparent business model and the commitment that Memphis Invest makes to keep the process passive for the investor made a big difference. As the day came to a close, 8 investors had purchased 14 discount investment properties in Memphis with many more scheduling follow up appointments with the staff at Memphis Invest.
