“Facebook has always been a place for family and friends even though it is now trying to be everything to everyone,” says BIZAXY founder Allan Marston. “LinkedIn has always been for employees in corporations and recruiters head hunting them. Businesses have been left out in the cold!”

While Mr Marston says he did not come to Silicon Valley looking for funding he also said he would not turn away an intelligent and meaningful investment. However, there is one thing in particular he is looking for.

“I want PHP developers and marketers who are willing to work on this project for equity,” said Mr Marston, “They need to be really smart because only the most highly intelligent amongst them will realize that they have a shot at becoming employee millionaires like many of the staff at Amazon, Facebook, Google and eBay.”

Mr Marston attended the Keiretsu Forum and JumpStartDays at RocketSpace, a business incubator in the South of Market technology hub and met with several other advisers, confidantes and VC’s.
