A book called my own Plan, by Kirsten Plotkin, has just been published on the internet. The book will teach you how to cure weight problems and obesity permanently.
This cure has nothing to do with a balanced diets or calorie control.
Obesity is not a popular subject. Nobody wants to talk about a problem which does not have a solution.
Yes, there are diets, lots of them! Who hasn’t been on a diet and yes, we have all lost some weight. But sooner or later, the weight returns, it has to, because nature doesn’t
like to be abused.
You may still believe that a diet can be a good thing, even when you know that most people, will ultimately fail. You may assume they failed because they simply had a lapse of will power and that you could do better.
Well, take a good look around and you will see that sixty percent of the population, so far, has failed. If given a genuine choice of a permanent weight solution, very few people are going to say “No thanks, I enjoy being fat”.
It’s time to ask; ‘Is it me or is it the diet’?
The information found in the book, My own Plan, was discovered five years ago, but then it was just a theory.
Now, after five years testing, the writer is prepare answer any critiques who may attack the book.
There is no doubt that the diet industry, will oppose this discovered. But it is difficult to argue against proof, which is backed by old fashioned common sense.
With around 60% of the population overweight, obesity is no longer a social problem. It is fast becoming a medical epidemic called Type2 diabetes.
This is where it gets very serious, because it is now affecting our children. We all have a responsibility to do whatever we can to avoid passing this terrible epidemic onto the next generation.
For the past forty years, since diets began to be widely accepted, we have caused damage to our body’s own mechanism to control our weight. It is even possible we have passed
this damage from one generation to the next. We can no longer afford to ignore this problem, not when a solution is finally available.
